  •   Marks and scores listed above are shown after excluding the scores of Islamic studies and the score of one Foreign Language for baccalaureates including two foreign languages.
  • Admission of Non-Syrian baccalaureate certificate depends on the average percentage mark for each college after excluding the scores of Islamic studies, Technical, Military studies and Attendance…. if included.
  • Acceptance will be based on mediation (mofadala) between applicants within individual faculties in order to best provide equal opportunity equivalence. The outcome and the schedule will be announced on the University website and bulletin boards.
  • To be an applicant in the mediation (mofadala) does not ensure acceptance; as the student can apply to more than one university.

 

Documents Required for Admission 
                               
A. Applicants Holding a Syrian Baccalaureate

  •  Four authenticated copies of the Secondary Certificate transcript record
  •  Six passport-sized coloured photos
  • A copy of the applicant's identification card or passport
  • Official transcript and course description, authenticated by the Syrian Ministry of Higher Education, are needed for applicants transferring from Syrian universities (public or private) (only for transfer students)

B. Applicants Holding a non-Syrian Baccalaureate

  • The original Secondary Certificate authenticated by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Syrian Embassy in that country
  • Four copies of the Secondary Certificate authenticated by the Syrian Foreign Affairs Ministry
  • The original copy of 9th grade certificate.
  • Four copies of the original 9th grade certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Syrian Embassy in that country
