Student Affairs Central Office

There are three different offices within the Student Affairs Central Office: the Admission Office, the Student Affairs Office, and the Examinations Office. All these offices are of major importance as they are the ones directly dealing with students from admission till graduation. The Office strives to provide students the right support and help in a friendly and student-centred manner. The Office provides the following support and services:

  • Managing student admission in relation to the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) regulations and guidelines
  • Helping students with their transfer issues and formal documents
  • Conducting student-related studies for the University administration and the MoHE
  • Managing the University examinations process
  • Preparing formal documents for student, e.g. certificates of graduation
  • Organising and auditing students’ study records
  • Arranging scholarship related issues


The Documents granted by the Central Directorate of Student Affairs are:

- To Whom it may Concern (proving students' attendance – The university life)

- A Document to postpone military service

- Graduation notice.
