Driven by its commitment to fostering an institutional work environment and enhancing the efficiency of its administrative staff, the Syrian Private University organized a training workshop under the supervision of Ms. Suzanne Al-Qazzaz, Director of Human Resources. The workshop aimed to familiarize employees with the policies and regulations that govern the work environment and contribute to achieving the highest standards of professionalism.

The workshop addressed the key pillars of human resources management, including:

Leave system, job grades, attendance mechanism, training and development, probationary period, deductions and benefits, administrative structure, dress code policy, career path, work ethics, overtime, resignation procedures, and promotion criteria.
