General Information

Description

This course aims to provide the student with knowledge about the concept of change and other related concepts and to clarify its importance for the different organizations - especially to face changes in the organizational environment - ,the most important factors that cause the change, and allows the student to identify the steps and stages of change management and to develop appropriate development according to the scientific method, This course allows students to learn about the most important obstacles facing the management during the change process, especially those related to the human element, the student has a clear idea about the causes of change resistance and the methods to manage it. Finally, this course contributes to developing the student's analytical ability and linking the various concepts presented by the course with the actual working life.

 

Expectations and Goals

This course aims to:
1-            Give the student knowledge about the concept of change and change management.
2-            recognize the importance of change and its objectives
3-            Introducing students to the most important approaches to change in organizations.
4-            Identify the types and characteristics of change.
5-           To learn students about the mechanisms, strategies of change management, and how to overcome its obstacles
