General Information

Description

The course aims to providing students with the necessary knowledge about the nature and importance of training human resources, providing students with the necessary skills to identify training and development needs, and designing, implementing and evaluating training and development programs. In addition to study the guidance of new employees and achieve organizational integration and increase the efficiency of employees and raise morale and reveal their strengths and weaknesses and work to provide them with new skills and development for the benefit of the organization and the individual.

Expectations and Goals

1-           To introduce the practice of developing human resources.

2 - Introducing the most important modern methods in the management of the process of rehabilitation and training.

3. Focus on the stages of the correct training process.
