Description

The course includes a series of lectures under the following main titles:

- Organizational Behavior - Motivation - Cognition - Personal - Learning - Trends, Values and Organizational Culture - Community Behavior - Administrative Leadership - Communication - Organizational Conflict - Work Stress.

Expectations and Goals

The course aims to:

1-            introduce the student to the concept of organizational behavior, its importance and related concepts.

2-           the interest of administrative theories in its research as an essential element in administrative work.

3-           The student also learns about the most important determinants of individual organizational behavior: motivation, perception, abilities, learning and personality.

4-           determinants of collective organizational behavior: group behavior, management leadership, communication, work pressures, organizational conflict, organizational trends, values and culture.
