A scientific research paper by Professor Dr. Anas Rajab has been published under the title: Compliance with Good Storage Practices in Syrian Drug Warehouses

The Syrian Private University extends its congratulations to Professor Dr. Anas Rajab, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy for Academic Affairs, on the achievement of a scientific research paper published in the International Journal of Risk & Safety in Medicine. The study addressed the reality of compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) in pharmaceutical import warehouses in Syria.

The research revealed a clear gap between the current situation and the required standards for implementing these practices. The findings highlighted that the main challenges lie in insufficient infrastructure and the lack of quality-oriented culture among warehouse owners. Participants emphasized that adherence to Good Storage Practices ensures the quality of sensitive products and reduces waste and spoilage rates.

This scientific accomplishment reflects the presence of the Syrian Private University in the research arena and its continuous support for the efforts of its faculty members in producing applied studies that serve society, contribute to the development of the pharmaceutical sector, and enhance the quality of healthcare services in Syria.
